Based on the globally successful "Challenger" sales philosophy, I train and coach sales professionals such as sales managers, account managers, subject matter experts and marketing managers. A self-developed "Thinking Planner" is used very successfully for the preparation and follow-up of sales meetings.

The employees have to implement the specifications of the business strategy. However, if they lack an understanding of cash flows, the balance sheet and the income statement, it becomes very difficult for management to explain the strategy and correspondingly difficult to implement it.

This is exactly where the business simulation "Full Value" comes in. This flexibly applicable game explains cash flows, balance sheet and income statement in a simple, entertaining and successful way.

This 1-day workshop is particularly popular with support functions such as IT, Marketing or HR. These participants are playfully introduced very competently and successfully to the world of income, EBITDA, contribution margin, net margin, etc.

Presentation skills means Sales Skills! It is not that easy, but one is worthless without the other. 

Let me be clear: PowerPoint itself is not the problem! It is rather that the intellectual structure of the message is the plight. Is your "story, message" told in a way that encourages buying? Is the story told the same way everywhere, all the time? Do your employees even know what the story is? How many purchases have you lost because the story wasn't good and wasn't told well? The new gold standard is retellability!
20 years of international experience in designing and delivering workshops, more than 1200 presentations in front of various audiences and a teaching assignment on appearance skills at the Institute of Financial Services Zug (University of Lucerne).
